Jan 8 - DW Marathon relay - 3:29:21 didn't lose any ground the next day! proud!
Jan 7 - DW Half Marathon - 3:26:04 so, i sprained my ankle on christmas and wore a brace because no way was i sitting this out! i think this is pretty good for a two-week-old sprain! an "injured pr" ;)
